Privacy policy
What we use, why we need it and how you stay in control of your data.

1. Data controller
MULTIVERS-TECH, a sole proprietorship in Saint-Louis, Senegal (RCCM SN STL 2023 1 945, NINEA 010295253), is responsible for Wiri-related processing. Contact: contact@wiri.fr. This policy covers the website and app, distinguishing their uses.
2. On this website
This landing page has no user account, collection form, advertising or analytics added by Wiri. Fonts and illustrations are hosted with the website. Game previews run in your browser without sending answers to the server; audio starts only when you request it.
Hosting and service protection may process technical logs including IP address, date, requested URL, response status and browser information. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to share. External services and store links have their own privacy policies.
3. In the application
Depending on the features you use, Wiri may process your nickname, avatar, email or phone, sign-in identifier, country, language, age band, preferences, game history, scores and messages. Session information and security logs help protect accounts.
If you enable notifications or an external sign-in service, the necessary technical identifiers are processed with that provider. Subscriptions involve the transaction, subscription and entitlement information needed to provide access. Bank details are handled by the payment providers offered, not collected on this landing page.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Accounts, games, history and Premium access are processed to perform the service you request. Security, abuse prevention and support rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Applicable legal obligations govern required billing records and retention.
Promotional messages and optional permissions rely on consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Necessary account and security messages are not advertising.
5. Retention
Data needed for accounts and services is kept during their use, then as needed to handle a deletion request and remaining obligations. History you delete is no longer offered in your account; technical copies may remain through their backup cycle.
Support correspondence is kept to handle and follow up on the request. Technical logs are limited to diagnostic and security needs. Payment records and evidence are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Retention depends on purpose: deleting an account does not erase legally required documents.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Authorised MULTIVERS-TECH staff and providers needed for hosting, storage, messages, authentication and payments may process information required for their tasks. Infrastructure includes Hostinger and AWS S3 and CloudFront for media. We do not sell personal data.
MULTIVERS-TECH is established in Senegal and some providers operate internationally. We do not claim that all access and processing take place exclusively within the EU. Transfers are governed by applicable safeguards where required. Ask contact@wiri.fr for details about recipients and safeguards.
7. Cookies and security
This landing page adds no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The app and back-office may use tokens or cookies necessary for authentication. If optional trackers are introduced on the website, information and consent choices will be updated before activation.
We use HTTPS, access restrictions and security and backup mechanisms. No system is infallible. Personal data incidents are handled and, where required, notified to affected individuals and authorities.
8. Rights and minors
Depending on applicable rules, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Write to contact@wiri.fr describing your request and account. Do not send identification documents unless requested for a proportionate identity check.
Requests are handled within applicable legal periods, generally one month under the GDPR. You may complain to the competent authority, including the CDP in Senegal or the CNIL for individuals concerned in France. Minors benefit from age-appropriate protections; a legal representative may contact us on their behalf.
