1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern wiri.fr and the Wiri application features provided by MULTIVERS-TECH. The version available when you use the service applies. Subscription and payment provider terms are presented separately before a purchase.

2. Access, accounts and minors

Online services require Internet access and a compatible device. Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods and report unauthorised access to contact@wiri.fr.

Games offer age bands and content restrictions. Content marked 18+ is exclusively for adults. Minors’ use of the service and account creation must comply with the parental consent rules applicable in their country. An adult should supervise content choices for younger players.

3. Respectful play

You may refuse or skip any action, truth or dare. No challenge justifies danger, humiliation, illegal activity or pressuring another person. Do not carry out challenges while driving or in a situation that requires your attention.

Do not misuse the service, access other people’s accounts or submit unlawful, discriminatory or rights-infringing content. Game previews on this website are demonstrations, separate from games recorded in the application.

4. Free content and Premium

Access depends on the version, language, declared age, themes and your account’s entitlements. Premium plans, currencies, prices, durations, any trials and renewal terms are displayed at purchase. This landing page does not conclude paid subscriptions.

Purchases, cancellations, refunds and applicable withdrawal rights depend on the payment method, the displayed terms and mandatory law. Manage a store subscription through that store. Contact us if you need help.

5. Availability and liability

We develop Wiri and may suspend a feature for maintenance, security or incident resolution. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, particularly where a network or provider fails.

You remain responsible for the circumstances in which you play. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Access may be proportionately suspended for misuse or a security risk.

6. Data, deletion and support

Our privacy policy explains personal data processing. You may request account deletion in the app settings or by writing to contact@wiri.fr. Closing access and permanently deleting data are separate steps; some information must be retained where required by law.

7. Changes and disputes

Terms may change as the service or regulations evolve. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated appropriately.

Please first send a complaint to contact@wiri.fr so we can seek an amicable solution. Rules applicable to the Senegalese publisher apply subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules you benefit from in your country of residence.
